The Government of Morocco
More than half the funds for UNDP Morocco programmes for development come from the Government of Morocco. In the spirit of strengthening local capacity, UNDP supports the development policies of the Moroccan government by contributing its expertise in these fields. The resultant programs provide solutions to national development priorities aimed at reducing regional and social disparities, fighting poverty, consolidating the process of democratization, modernizing public administration and preserving the environmental and natural resources.
